       Overview

       Principle

The dried material is added directly above the center of the shell, and as the rake teeth continuously rotate in both directions, the material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing bars, which facilitates the more effective removal of surface moisture from the material. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is then vented from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
