Blade Machines, Sheet Makers, Drying Machines

Working Principle
A drum crystallizer is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the pan contacts the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a scraper, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum dryer is a continuous process where, through the rotation of a drum, heat is transferred to heat and dry the material or strip-like material adhered to the outer wall of the drum.
