I. Overview of DT Desulfurization Pump

The DT desulfurization pump is primarily used for absorption tower circulating pumps, with materials mainly consisting of high-chromium alloy, A49, Cr30A, etc. This series of pumps integrates the advantages of similar domestic and international products in hydraulic design, structural design, and casting materials, while also innovating upon them. They feature high efficiency and energy saving, wear and corrosion resistance, low vibration and noise, reliable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. The pump casing of the DT series desulfurization circulating pump is a single-shell structure. The impeller and shaft are connected by a threaded joint, and the shaft seal uses a mechanical seal. The suspension part is lubricated with light oil. The flow components such as the impeller, volute, and rear guard plate are all manufactured using our self-developed wear and corrosion-resistant high-chromium alloy materials.

Section 2: Application Scope of DT Desulfurization Pumps

This series of desulfurization pumps is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, construction materials, and chemical engineering. They are primarily used for transporting abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as processing tailings, ash and slag removal from power plants, conveying slime and heavy medium coal from coal preparation plants, and transporting slurry in coastal river mining operations. The maximum weight concentration they can handle is: 45% for ash slurry, 60% for mineral slurry, up to 60,000ppm of chloride ions in the slurry, a pH range of 4-13, slurry temperature ≤65°C, and a maximum slurry weight concentration of Cw up to 60%.
