One, Self-introduction of TLF Non-metallic Desulfurization Pump
The TLF Plate Type Non-Metallic Desulfurization Pump is a single-stage, single-suction, plate-type combination centrifugal pump developed by our company through the absorption of advanced foreign technology and combined with domestic actual needs. It is an ideal dedicated equipment for power plants and various enterprises to achieve environmental protection standards for flue gas desulfurization.
Section 2: Features of TLF Desulfurization Pumps
The overflow components of this desulfurization pump are all made of high-strength, wear and corrosion-resistant (chloride ion-resistant) non-metallic materials, formed through a single high-temperature, high-pressure molding process. The housing is cast from A3 steel, known for its compressive and impact resistance. The mechanical seal is precision-machined from the highest-grade, pressureless sintered silicon carbide, renowned for its wear and corrosion resistance. The entire sealing box is uniquely and scientifically designed, surpassing similar products in the market. It offers excellent sealing performance and a lifespan typically 3-5 times longer than that of comparable products.
This pump is widely applicable for transporting various media, including acids, alkalis, salts (including chlorinated media), strong oxidizers, and organic solvents, with concentrations not exceeding 40% solid content (hard or soft particles are unrestricted) and temperatures below 150 degrees Celsius. It is particularly suitable for power plant flue gas desulfurization and wastewater treatment applications, and can replace imported products with similar functions.
