SZG Twin-conical Vacuum Dryer

The SZG Double-Conical Vacuum Dryer is a new generation drying unit developed by our factory by integrating the technology of similar domestic products. It employs a belt-chain two-elastic coupling method for the double-conical vacuum, ensuring smooth equipment operation. The specially designed process fully demonstrates the good concentricity of the two shafts, with the heat medium and vacuum system both using reliable mechanical seals or U.S. technology rotating joints. On this basis, we have developed the SZG-A, which can achieve both variable speed control and constant temperature control.
Our factory can also design a special "copying" structure inside the tank for you.
 
       Operating Principle
Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into the sealed sandwich layer, where it transfers heat to the material being dried through the inner shell. Driven by power, the tank slowly rotates, continuously mixing the contents inside, thereby enhancing the drying process.
The material is in a vacuum state, where the steam pressure drops, causing moisture (solvent) on the material surface to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly exhausted and recovered by a vacuum pump. The moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is exhausted to the surface, with all three processes occurring continuously. As a result, the material quickly achieves the drying goal in a short amount of time.
 
       Product Features
The container continuously rotates, allowing the heated surface of the material to be refreshed.
Indirect heating, non-contaminated, meets "GMP" requirements:
High thermal efficiency, over twice as efficient as standard ovens.
The container rotation speed can be adjusted between 3-13 rpm.
The temperature controlled by the thermostat is displayed on a digital indicator.
The temperature can be adjusted between 30-160 degrees, with a temperature difference of 2 degrees or less.
