IHF Fluorine-lined Chemical Pump Overview:
The IHF Fluorine-lined Chemical Pump is a new type of corrosion and particle crystallization-resistant chemical pump developed by our company to meet customer needs over many years.
IHF Fluorine-lined Chemical Pumps Features:
The pump's medium flow section is entirely made of corrosion-resistant plastic, with the pump body reinforced by metal plates. The mechanical seal is self-designed and features a practical protective mechanism. The seal structure is internally mounted (refer to the pump structure illustration for details). The successful development of this pump has resolved the issue of short lifespan and even non-usability of the mechanical seal and the pump's contact with the medium, under conditions of severe corrosion, high temperatures, presence of solid particles, and crystalline liquids (rapid crystallization liquids are strictly prohibited).
IHF Fluorine-lined Chemical Pump Customization:
The flow section of this pump's medium can be manufactured from various non-metallic materials based on the user's specific medium requirements. Current materials include: Fluoroplastic alloy (F50-1, F50-2), Polysulfone (PPS), High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), Reinforced Polypropylene (RPP). The mechanical seal friction pair material is high-density carbon (CF) or high-purity high-alumina ceramic (AA). The spring of the mechanical seal does not come into contact with the medium; the outer layer of the spring is coated, and there is an external cooling device. When the medium temperature is high during use, to enhance the service life of the mechanical seal, the seal can be circulated and cooled by external cooling water.
IHF Fluorine-lined Chemical Pump Structure:
The pump body is made entirely of plastic, reinforced with metal plates on the outside to enhance its mechanical strength, overcoming the weakness of poor mechanical strength in other non-metallic pumps. There are no metal inserts inside the pump body, preventing the entire pump from being scrapped due to corrosion of the metal inserts by the medium. Users do not need to worry about the pump itself being damaged during installation and use due to the lower mechanical strength of plastic.
