The NYP-10/1.0 annular high viscosity rotor pump is an internal gear rotating pump suitable for pumping liquids with high viscosity. It cannot pump liquids containing solid particles. However, it can pump liquids containing abrasive particles. Main application fields include:

● Working Principle of NYP High Viscosity Rotor Pump:
High viscosity pumps are internal gear reciprocating positive displacement pumps, where the liquid flow is generated by two gears, an active gear and a driven gear. The internal gear is embedded within the external gear and separated by a crescent-shaped baffle. As the gears rotate, liquid is drawn into the space enclosed by the two gears and the crescent-shaped baffle. When the gears mesh, the liquid is compressed and expelled from the pump. Consequently, the liquid flow is smooth, and the capacity is high with a compact structure.
Specially designed asphalt jacketed pump: An asphalt pump with temperature control that can quickly melt the solidified asphalt inside the pump before it starts. Jacket options are available in the bracket, end cover, and bearing areas to prevent asphalt from solidifying inside the pump.
