The XYB series up-down flow positive displacement rotor pumps utilize two-blade, three-blade, disc, and multi-blade rotors, making them versatile volume conveying pumps. They feature low speed, high output torque, high temperature resistance, and more, and are designed for hygienic conveying. Their unique working principle and characteristics are particularly evident in the transportation of high-viscosity, high-temperature, and highly corrosive materials. The conveying process is smooth and continuous, and the pump ensures that the material's physical integrity is maintained during transport. The pump can handle materials with viscosities as high as 1,000,000 cP.
XYB Series Food Sanitary Rotor Pumps Working Principle
The Cam转子 pump, also known as a colloid pump, cam pump, three-blade pump, and universal conveying pump, is a type of positive displacement pump. It achieves the purpose of conveying fluids by periodically converting multiple fixed-volume conveying units within the working chamber; the mechanical energy of the prime mover is directly converted into pressure energy for conveying the fluid; the flow rate of the pump depends only on the change in volume of the working chamber and its frequency of change per unit time, and (theoretically) is unrelated to the discharge pressure; during operation, the cam pump actually achieves the purpose of conveying materials through a pair of synchronously rotating rotors.

■ Utilizes a high-strength, acid and alkali-resistant stainless steel rotating shaft design, ensuring stable operation of the core component - the rotor - within the working cavity; the strength and rigidity of the drive shaft significantly contribute to vibration elimination and extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
■ Various product options with different working clearances to meet pressure requirements under various operating conditions; high output pressure up to 16 bar available.
The pump body is equipped with a fixed device that does not affect the position of the mechanical seal and other fixed components during disassembly and maintenance.
Mechanical seal structure designed with wave spring, ensuring more even distribution of sealing face force and extending the service life of the sealing component.
