Principle of Dust Concentration Meter
WKD-6The dust concentration meter detects the electrostatic charge induction of dust particles passing through a fixed probe. Dust particles generate static charge upon induction with the probe, which is then amplified and transmitted to the monitoring control system. The magnitude of the static charge is proportional to the flow of dust particles. The high-tech electronic circuitry of this system converts this charge into control signals for output, triggering an alarm for excessive dust emissions, while also being used to continuously record the total amount or concentration of dust particles.
