VRO945-3 online vacuum reflux furnace, featuring high output, low energy consumption, and low nitrogen consumption.

The VRO945-3 is a specially designed and optimized vacuum welding encapsulation for lead frame products in the semiconductor industry, as well as for CLIP products, catering to their unique vacuum welding requirements. Considering the numerous challenges faced by industry clients, this vacuum reflow oven has been meticulously optimized and designed.

Low Oxygen Content: Oxygen level less than 10 ppm.

Low nitrogen consumption: Only 1/3 of the nitrogen consumption of similar vacuum furnace products.

Meets the welding requirements of various solders (≤450℃).

For example: SAC305 solder paste; Sn63Pb37 solder paste; Sn90Sb10 solder paste; In97Ag3 solder paste; In52Sn48 solder paste, and various other component solder pastes.

VRO945-3 Welding Porosity Rate: Solder pad porosity <2%. Individual porosity: 1%. Different welding materials and atmospheres affect welding; the current data is a composite based on customer testing. The data will vary for different welding products.

VRO945-3 supports a nitrogen atmosphere working environment and meets various welding processes.
