KSP8-35S Hand Crank Elevating Platform Electric Lubrication Pump
I. Overview
The KSP8-35S hand-crank lift and lower single-line electric lubrication pump is a newly developed product meticulously planned and designed for special working conditions of large overhead cranes for port, wharf bridge cranes, and heavy machinery, metallurgy, petroleum, electricity, and building materials industries.
This manually operated, single-line electric lubrication pump integrates the functions of both the electric oiler and electric lubricator used in the original lubrication system into one unit. This significantly reduces the probability of failure in the equipment itself and in the electrical control involving multiple devices. Additionally, it further optimizes the electrical control of the centralized lubrication system. The successful development of this pump represents a great innovation for dry oil centralized lubrication systems.
This pump is suitable for single-line centralized lubrication systems with moderate lubrication frequency, nominal pressure below 20MPA级, and approximately 80 lubrication points or fewer. It delivers lubricating grease to each lubrication point in a quantitative manner through a single-line distributor; it can also be used in dual-line centralized lubrication systems with a dual-line directional valve.

IV. Usage Tips
1. The pump should be installed in a location that is convenient for operation, inspection, and replacement of the oil cylinder, securely fastened with anchor bolts. The surrounding environment of the installation should be free from high temperatures, radiation, and harmful gas substances.
2. The pump is designed for indoor installation and use. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in environments with severe environmental pollution.
3. This pump is only compatible with 17L and 20L standard drum-type oil containers. When replacing the oil container, first shake the handle to elevate the pump and tighten the locking screw of the handle. Then, replace the empty oil container. Hold the handle with your left hand and loosen the locking screw with your right hand to allow the pump to descend slowly. Pay special attention to ensure that the float of the liquid level switch is always above the oil surface.
4. The motor reducer must be topped up with an appropriate amount of 3# molybdenum disulfide lubricant through the exhaust plug hole within the first two months of use. Thereafter, a top-up should be done every four months.
