DJB-V400 Electric Fuel Pump (3.15 MPa)

I. Overview

This electric oil pump is primarily used in dry oil lubrication systems to replenish grease into the reservoir of the dry oil lubrication unit. The pump is non-storage tank type and can be directly placed on a 200L oil drum. It can operate independently and, when connected to the corresponding electrical control unit, can achieve automatic replenishment of the electric lubrication pump system. The pump is an internal reciprocating plunger volume pump, which operates smoothly with high output pressure.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration of 220 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm and a viscosity grade greater than N68.

V. Working Principle

The motor, vertically mounted, drives the worm wheel via a worm, which in turn rotates. An eccentric shaft is mounted on the worm wheel face, driving the piston rod up and down in reciprocating motion. The suction and pressure oil process is completed by the internal piston and the check valve in the pipe cap, and the oil is then transported outward through the oil输送胶管.

Section 6: Instructions for Use

1. Wire rotation according to the arrow direction on the helix.

2. The lubricating grease must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified brand range.

3. Prior to first use, lubricant (N220) should be added to the reducer until the specified oil level is reached.

4. After the first start of the fuel pump, the vent valve should be opened first, and closed after normal oil flow.

5. Do not operate the drum without oil.
