SJB-V25 Manual Lubricating Pump (3.15 MPa)

I. Overview

This pump is suitable for refueling lubricants into manual lubricating pumps with a pressure rating of up to 31.5MPa or into small electric lubricating pumps with a pressure rating of up to 40MPa. Owing to its oil discharge filtration, oil level indicator, and user-friendly operation, it is particularly ideal for refueling grease into lubricating pumps without a filter at the refueling port of the reservoir.

Utilize grease with a penetration not less than 220 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm and oil with a viscosity grade exceeding N46.

V. Working Principle

As the handle moves upward, the upper chamber of the piston decreases in volume, sending the lubricant along the conveying hose to the oil reservoir. The lower part of the piston gradually expands, creating a vacuum. The one-way valve inside the pipe cap opens, drawing lubricant from the oil drum. When the handle moves downward, the upper chamber of the piston forms a vacuum, and the lower one-way valve closes, preventing the lubricant from returning to the oil drum. At this point, the upper one-way valve of the piston opens, allowing the lubricant to enter the upper chamber. When the handle moves upward again, the process repeats.
 

Section 6: Instructions for Use

1. When in use, connect one end of the oil delivery hose to the fuel pump outlet and the other end to the fuel tank supply port. After use, tighten the other end onto the bucket lid bolt.

2. Filters should be cleaned regularly.

3. When the oil gauge is at the low position, the drum should be promptly lubricated to prevent air from being吸入 into the storage tank without oil.
