KGP-700LS Electric Fuel Pump (3MPa)
I. Overview
This electric fuel pump is suitable for centralized lubrication systems with dry oil, filling lubricant into the reservoir of the electric lubrication pump. It is an internally mounted plunger displacement pump, powered by a reduction motor that directly drives the eccentric wheel for reciprocating motion, thereby achieving suction and pressure oil functions. The pump operates smoothly with high output pressure and features a low oil level alarm to promptly fill lubricant into the oil cylinder.
II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#) or industrial lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N46.
Section 3: Instructions for Use
Before use, first add N220 lubricating oil into the reducer cavity until it is above the oil level.
2. Wire rotation according to the direction of the arrowhead.
3. The lubricant for conveyance must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified brand range.
4. The pump has a nominal pressure of 3MPa, which is pre-adjusted at the factory and does not require further adjustment.
5. Standard inner diameter of the hose at factory is F13, with an external thread of M33×2. If the lubrication pump's filling port thread is M32×3, use the spare transition adapter.
6. This pump is equipped with a low-level alarm, which should prompt immediate lubricant refilling into the oil cylinder.

V. Faults and Exclusions
1. Oil-Free Discharge
a. Air is present in the lubricant. Loosen the exhaust valve to expel the air from the lubricant, then tighten the valve.
b. Oil intake clogged with impurities, unable to suck or press oil; clean the impurities from the oil intake.
2. Low oil pressure:
a. Check if the one-way valve in the pump is stuck or damaged by impurities, clean the impurities from the one-way valve or replace it.
b. Inspect all sealing points and pipeline joints for leaks, replace seals, and tighten all connections.
