HB-P Series Electric Lubrication Pumps and Units (40MPa)
I. Terms of Use
The HB-P series electric lubrication pumps are suitable for centralized lubrication systems with numerous lubrication points, wide distribution, high oil supply frequency, and nominal pressure of 40 (20MPa) in single or double-line dry (dilute) oil systems. They serve as devices for supplying lubricants. Optional mobile trolleys, hoses, oil guns, and cables can be added to form a portable electric lubrication pump unit for use in single machines with low oil supply frequency, fewer lubrication points, large oil supply volume, and where centralized lubrication is not convenient. The oil storage drums are equipped with automatic level alarm devices. With the corresponding electrical control box, automatic control and system monitoring can be achieved.
II. Technical Specifications

Utilize grease with a penetration not less than 220 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-3#) and oil with a viscosity grade of at least N68.

V. Instructions for Use
1. The lubrication pump should be vertically installed and securely fastened in a location that is convenient for maintenance and has less dust. Also, ensure the environmental temperature is suitable for the pump's operating temperature range of -20℃ to +65℃.
2. Install the pump as close to the center of the lubrication system as possible to minimize piping length and maintain the lowest pressure drop, ensuring the pump generates enough pressure to overcome the back pressure at the lubrication points.
3. The motor must rotate in a clockwise direction.
4. Clean lubricant must be used, as lubricants with impurities are often the main cause of pump and system failures. To replenish lubricant in the oil storage cylinder, an electric oil pump must be used to add lubricant from the lubrication pump's replenishment port. It is best to add some lubricating oil before filling the pump with lubricant for the first time, as it has good fluidity and will fill all parts, aiding in air expulsion. If certain lubrication areas cannot use lubricating oil, the pump must run until the lubricant without air reaches the end of the pipeline.
5. Prior to use, the pump must be filled with 50# mechanical oil to the oil level indicator's specified position in the reducer.
6. Ensure that the pipelines, particularly those from the oiler to the lubrication points and the bearings to be lubricated, are pre-filled with lubricant before installation.
7. This series of electric grease pumps is designed for indoor installation. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in harsh environments.
Section 6: Ordering Notice
1. Order HB-P series electric lubrication belt trolley units; the length of the hose and cable must be specified in the contract. If not specified, 5 meters of hose will be supplied.
2. Any special requirements or instructions from the customer should be noted in the contract, and our company will handle the design and manufacturing.
