DJB-F200 Series Electric Fuel Pump (1 MPa)

I. Overview

Suitable for refilling grease into the storage tank of an electric oiling station. This pump is a positive displacement cylinder pump with straight gear meshing, available in two configurations: with and without a storage drum. The pump cover inlet is equipped with a mesh guard for safety, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration of 265-385 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#) and industrial lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N120.

V. Instructions for Use

1. Wire according to the direction indicated by the helix label; do not reverse.

2. The lubricant used must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified brand range.

3. Regularly clean the impeller cover mesh of any adhered debris.

4. Do not operate the drum without oil.
