JRB-X3 Foot Pump Luber (40MPa)
I. Overview
The JRB-X3 pedal lubrication pump is a new product developed by our factory through the absorption and transplantation of advanced foreign technology, based on the structure of manual lubrication pumps. It is a small single-line lubrication pump operated by foot pedals to reciprocate the piston, expelling lubricant. It features a portable wheelbase cart structure design, with exceptional applicability, and can be directly connected to a single-line distributor to form a small single-line centralized lubrication system.
This pump is particularly suitable for lubrication of single-unit small equipment in metallurgy, mining, and heavy machinery, as well as port and dock transportation equipment and construction machinery. It can also supply lubricating oil directly to lubrication points with longer or more scattered cycles by connecting the oil nozzle attachment and hose assembly provided with the pump.
II. Technical Specifications

Lubricants with a penetration of 250-350 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#) can be used, as well as oils with a viscosity grade above N100. The operating temperature range is -10 to 80°C.

V. Operation Description
The JRB-3 type pedal lubrication pump is mainly composed of four major parts: the oil reservoir, plunger pump, air cylinder control device.
As the foot operates the pedal, it causes a reciprocating motion, forcing grease in the reservoir to be pressed into the plunger's oil intake under the action of the piston and pressure. This grease is then sent out through a continuous reciprocating motion of the plunger, achieving the function of expelling grease.

Section 7: Usage Tips
1. Prior to use, first release the air clip, open the cylinder lid, remove the piston inside the cylinder. Then, using a manual or electric grease pump, fill the cylinder with filtered, clean lubricant (strictly prohibited to use unfiltered lubricating oil). Finally, push down and secure the cylinder lid.
2. Clamp the gas clamp and inflate the cylinder, ensuring the inflation pressure does not exceed the specified limit of 0.4 MPa; when using lubricant, there is no need to insert the piston, inflate, or open the gas needle valve.
3. Do not exceed the nominal pressure of the pump when applying pressure.
4. Operation of the foot pedal is prohibited if there is no lubricant in the oil reservoir.
