SRB-J/L Series Manual Lube Pumps (10MPa, 20MPa)

I. Overview

This unit is a compact lubricating pump that can be directly mounted on the machine's wall or frame. Operated manually by turning the handle, it expels lubricant. It can be combined with a double-line distributor to form a manual centralized lubrication system, delivering a precise amount of lubricant to various lubrication points on the machine. Suitable for low-frequency applications (typically oiling intervals of 8 hours or more), with piping (DN 15) lengths not exceeding 50 meters and a maximum of 80 lubrication points, this unit serves as a centralized lubrication device for small single-machine equipment.

II. Technical Specifications

Lubricants with a penetration of 310-385 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-1#) and oil with a viscosity grade higher than N68 are used, suitable for environmental temperatures of -10°C to 40°C.

V. Operation Description

The manual lubricating pump feeds grease by manually operating the handle, which drives a gear to make the gear-toothed plunger reciprocate. When the plunger reaches the right end limit position, the right end chamber stops pressurizing oil, and the left end chamber finishes oil suction. As the handle is moved, the plunger moves to the left, first closing the left chamber's suction port, squeezing grease to overcome the check valve and flow through the directional valve into main supply line II and be expelled. Meanwhile, the right chamber's volume increases, creating a vacuum that gradually intensifies. When the plunger reaches the left end limit position, the right chamber's suction port opens, and under atmospheric pressure, grease is drawn in. The reverse action occurs as the grease overcomes the check valve and flows through the directional valve into main supply line JJ. The directional change during feeding is achieved by the directional valve. Pushing the directional valve handle releases grease from main supply line II, and pulling it out expels grease from main supply line I.

Push the directional valve handle to the extreme position to supply oil to the main supply line.

2. The handle swings back and forth, the pressure gauge pointer fluctuates, proving the series distributor is supplying oil.

3. The pressure gauge on the pump indicates a steady rise in pressure, proving that all the system distributors have completed their operation.

4. Pull the directional valve handle all the way out to the extreme position, then supply oil through the main oil supply line I, and proceed as per steps 2 and 3.

5. Release pipeline pressure, switch to main supply line II, prepare for the next cycle, and pull the handle to the vertical position.

Section 7: Instructions for Use

1. Manual lubrication pumps should be installed vertically, with enough space for the indicator rod to rise and for lubrication topping up. When installing in outdoor or harsh environments, the pump should be placed within a protective cover.

2. Do not operate the handle if there is no lubricant in the oil reservoir; the lower oil level should be replenished with lubricant promptly.

3. Add lubricant to the oil reservoir using a dedicated manual or electric oil pump through the filling port.

4. Do not exceed the nominal pressure of the pump when using the pump.

5. The filter screen of the pump oil filling opening should be checked and cleaned regularly.
