KSP8-50S Hand Crank Lift Type Electric Lubricating Pump
I. Overview
The KSP8-50S hand-crank lifting and lowering platform single-line electric lubrication pump is a newly developed product meticulously planned and designed specifically for the special operating conditions of large overhead cranes used in port, wharf bridge cranes, as well as in metallurgy, heavy machinery, oil, electricity, construction materials, and other industries.
This manually operated single-line electric lubrication pump integrates the functions of both the electric oil filling pump and the electric lubrication pump used in the original lubrication system into one unit. This significantly reduces the probability of malfunctions in the equipment itself and the likelihood of control failures when multiple devices are involved in electrical control. Additionally, it further optimizes the electrical control of the centralized lubrication system. The successful development of this pump represents a great innovation for the centralized dry oil lubrication system.
This pump is suitable for single-line centralized lubrication systems with average lubrication frequency, nominal pressure below 20MPa class, and approximately 80 lubrication points or less. It is a feeding device that supplies grease quantitatively to each lubrication point via a single-line distributor. It can also be used in dual-line centralized lubrication systems with a dual-line directional valve.
II. Technical Specifications

Four: Usage Tips
1. The pump should be installed in a location that is convenient for operation, inspection, and oil cylinder replacement, and securely fastened with anchor bolts. The surrounding environment of the installation should be free from high temperatures, radiation, and harmful gas substances.
2. This pump is designed for indoor installation and use. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in environments with severe pollution.
3. This pump is designed for use exclusively with 17L and 20L standard drum-type oil containers. When replacing the oil drum, first shake the handle to elevate the pump and tighten the lock screw on the handle. Then, replace the empty oil drum. Hold the handle with your left hand and loosen the lock screw with your right hand to allow the pump to descend slowly. Pay close attention to ensure that the float of the liquid level switch remains above the oil surface at all times.
4. The motor reducer must be topped up with an appropriate amount of 3# molybdenum disulfide lubricant through the exhaust plug hole within the first two months of use. Subsequently, top up every four months.
