KSP8-65S Hand Crank Elevating Type Electric Lubrication Pump
I. Overview
The KSP8-65S hand-crank lifting jack single-line electric lubrication pump is a newly developed product meticulously planned and designed for special working conditions of large overhead cranes in ports, docks, and bridge cranes, as well as in metallurgy, heavy machinery, oil, electricity, and building materials industries.
This hand-crank lifting stand single-line electric lubrication pump integrates the combined functions of the electric oiling pump and electric lubrication pump used in the original lubrication system into one unit. This significantly reduces the probability of failure in the equipment itself and the electrical control when multiple devices are involved. Additionally, it further optimizes the electrical control of the centralized lubrication system. The successful development of this pump represents a great innovation for the centralized dry oil lubrication system.
This pump is suitable for single-line centralized lubrication systems with general lubrication frequency, nominal pressure below 20MPA级, and lubrication points below 80. It is a feeding device that delivers lubricant quantitatively to each lubrication point through a single-line distributor; it can also be used in dual-line centralized lubrication systems with a dual-line directional valve.

Four: Usage Tips
1. The pump should be installed in a location that is convenient for operation, inspection, and replacement of the oil cylinder, securely fastened with anchor bolts. The surrounding environment of the installation should be free from high temperatures, radiation, and harmful gas substances.
2. This pump is designed for indoor installation and use. Protective measures must be taken when used outdoors or in environments with severe environmental pollution.
3. This pump is designed for use exclusively with 17L and 20L standard drum-type oil containers. When replacing the oil container, first shake the handle to elevate the pump and tighten the locking screw of the handle. Then, replace the empty oil container. Hold the handle with your left hand and loosen the locking screw with your right hand to allow the pump to descend slowly. Pay particular attention to ensure that the float of the liquid level switch is always above the oil level.
4. The electric motor reducer must have an adequate amount of 3# molybdenum disulfide lubricant added through the exhaust plug hole within the first two months of use. Subsequent to that, top up the lubricant every four months.
