DB, DBZ Type Single-Stage Gear Oil Pumps and Units (10MPa)
I. Overview
The DB-63 single-line dry oil pump is suitable for single-line small dry oil centralized lubrication systems with low lubrication frequency, nominal pressure of 10MPa, and less than 80 lubrication points. It supplies lubricating grease to each lubrication point through a flat-type oil feeder.
The DBZ-63 single-line oil-lubricating pump is suitable for lubrication points with longer cycles or scattered equipment. It allows for direct lubricant injection via an oil gun, particularly ideal for port and terminal transport machinery.
II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration of 250~350 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm (NLGI 0#-2#).

V. Instructions for Use
The single-line oil-lubricating pump of this type should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, minimal dust, and convenient for replenishing oil, adjusting, inspecting, and performing maintenance.
2. Prior to use, add 1 liter of 50-grade mechanical oil to the reducer.
3. Refueling the oil storage tank must be done using an SJB-D60 manual oil pump or a DJB-200 electric oil pump, adding through the refueling port of the tank. It is strictly prohibited to start the dry oil pump when there is no lubricant in the storage tank.
4. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction of the motor blade housing, do not reverse.
5. The fuel filler neck filter should be cleaned regularly.
6. The pressure regulating valve on the pump body can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 10 MPa at will. It is not allowed to exceed the nominal pressure of the pump, which is 10 MPa, during operation.
7. In case of pressure fluctuations in the pump or abnormal oil supply, unscrew the vent screw on the pump housing, wait for the air to be released, and then tighten the vent screw once the grease starts to溢出 normally.
8. Single-line oil pumps should be kept clean at all times. It is strictly prohibited to remove the cover for refueling to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump, which may affect normal operation.
