DDB Series Multi-point Dry Oil Pumps (10MPa)
I. Overview
The DDB series multi-point dry oil pumps are suitable for multi-line dry oil centralized lubrication systems with low lubrication frequency, no more than 50 lubrication points, and a nominal pressure of 10MPa. They are devices that supply lubricating grease directly or through a single-line strip-type oil feeder to various lubrication points, particularly suitable for small single-machine equipment such as crushers, forging machinery, dock cranes, and printing machines.

IV. Model Marking Instructions

V. Instructions for Use
1. The multi-point oil pump series should be installed in environments with suitable temperatures, minimal dust, and easy access for greasing, adjusting, inspecting, and maintaining.
2. Before using the DDB series multi-point oil pump, add HL-20 gear oil to the primary reducer until the oil level reaches the mark.
3. Refueling the oil reservoir of the dry oil pump must be done using an SJB-D60 manual oil pump or a DJB-200 electric oil pump, adding oil through the reservoir's filling port. Note that it is strictly prohibited to start the motor if there is no lubricant in the reservoir.
4. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction indicated on the storage drum wall, and do not reverse the direction.
5. The fuel filler neck filter screen must have a precision no less than 0.2mm and should be cleaned regularly.
6. Keep the dry oil pump clean at all times. Strictly prohibit removing the cover to replenish oil to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump body, which may affect normal operation.
