I. Product Overview
The DDRB-N (formerly ZB) multi-point lubrication pump is suitable for centralized lubrication systems of medium and small-sized machinery and equipment with low lubrication frequency, less than 50 lubrication points, and nominal pressure of 31.5MPa. It supplies lubricating grease directly or through a single-line distributor to each lubrication point. Particularly suitable for single-machine equipment in metallurgy, mining, heavy machinery, port transportation, and construction.

The multi-point lubrication pump of this type should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, minimal dust, and easy access for inspection, maintenance, and replenishment.
2. Refueling the reservoir must be done using an oil pump through the reservoir's filling port. It is strictly prohibited to add unfiltered media by removing the cover.
3. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction indicated on the storage cylinder wall, and do not reverse the direction.
4. The number of oil ports can be freely selected from 1 to 14. Unnecessary components of the pressure oil plunger pump can be removed according to the equipment's requirements, and the threaded holes can be sealed with M20x1.5 plug screws.

V. Operation Description
The DDRB-N type multi-point lubrication pump is mainly composed of an oil reservoir, a reduction mechanism, a pressure plunger pump, and an electric motor, etc.
The electric motor drives the worm and worm gear to reduce speed, with the worm gear shaft rotating the eccentric driving wheel at a low speed. The driving wheel's pull disk drives the plunger of the oil pressure plunger pump to perform reciprocating suction and pressure oil movements, thereby discharging lubricant from the outlet of each pump element.
