DB-N Series Single-Line Lube Pump (31.5 MPa)

I. Terms of Use

The DB-N (ZB) series multi-point lubrication pumps are suitable for centralized lubrication systems in small and medium-sized mechanical and electrical equipment with low lubrication frequency, less than 50 lubrication points, and nominal pressure of 31.5 MPa. These pumps supply lubricants directly or via a single-line distributor to each lubrication point. They are ideal for equipment in metallurgy, mining, ports, transportation, and construction.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm or oil with a viscosity grade higher than N68, in an operating environment with a temperature range of -20 to 80°C.

The multi-point lubrication pump should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, minimal dust, and convenient for replenishing grease, inspection, maintenance, and other activities.

2. Refueling the storage tank must be done using an oil pump through the refueling port of the tank. It is strictly prohibited to add unfiltered working medium by opening the lid.

3. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction indicated on the storage cylinder wall, and do not reverse the direction.

4. The number of oil ports can be freely selected from 1 to 14. Unnecessary components of the plunger pump can be removed according to the equipment's requirements, and the threaded holes can be sealed with M20x1.5 plugs.
