DB-N Series Single-Line Lubricating Pump (31.5 MPa)

I. Terms of Use

The DB-N (ZB) series multi-point lubrication pumps are designed for centralized lubrication systems in small and medium-sized machinery and equipment with lower lubrication frequencies, less than 50 lubrication points, and nominal pressure of 31.5 MPa. They supply grease directly or through a single-line distributor to each lubrication point. These pumps are suitable for equipment in metallurgy, mining, ports, transportation, construction, and more.

II. Technical Specifications

Use grease with a penetration not less than 265 (25°C, 150g) 1/10mm or lubricating oil with a viscosity grade greater than N68, operating temperature range of -20 to 80°C.

The multi-point lubrication pump should be installed in an environment with suitable temperatures, minimal dust, and easy access for grease replenishment, inspection, and maintenance.

2. Refueling the reservoir must be done using an oil pump through the reservoir's filling port; it is strictly prohibited to add unfiltered working medium by removing the cover.

3. Wire the motor according to the rotation direction indicated on the storage cylinder wall, and do not reverse the direction.

4. The number of oil ports can be freely selected within the range of 1 to 14. Unnecessary components of the plunger pump can be removed according to the equipment's requirements, and the threaded holes can be sealed with M20x1.5 plugs.
