Model Features:
This series of machines features dimensions and design characteristics similar to platform desktop models. They can withstand extreme axial loads and radial thrust forces during operation. The output end features a protruding fixed disc and a large-diameter hollow shaft, allowing for the integration of functional settings and static automation peripherals. Power source electrical, oil, and gas pipelines can be designed within the hollow bore. This series is widely used in heavy-load, multi-station automated equipment, mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery, serving as a synchronous intermittent drive for automation.
Separator Features and Performance:

·The cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static linear accuracy controlled within 0.001mm. The intermittent drive is stable, with precise positioning and no offset, ensuring no cumulative tolerance errors.
·The cam is made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, precision ground to HRC hardness above 60°, featuring low friction coefficient, high accuracy, and long service life. When paired with high-grade lubricants and being environmentally friendly, it requires no oil changes and can operate continuously for over 12,000 hours, with normal use potentially extending this duration.
·High-speed operation with smooth drive and low noise surpasses stepping servo motors, requiring no complex electrical control; eliminates pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.
· High precision repeatable positioning with robust load-bearing and torque capacity. Splitting precision within ±30", with ultra-high precision up to ±15".
·The indexing mechanism features a unique design, utilizing cam input and shaft output for any desired movement.
·Rollers and cams are in gapless fit, achieving higher cutting precision and ensuring the ability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.
The design of the output shaft allows for continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth operation without vibration or noise, regardless of angle, speed, or acceleration.
·Installation positions can vary. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts.
·Under normal operating conditions, oil changes are not required for the lifetime, and the housing can be coated with grease to prevent rust, with no need for replacement of mechanical wearing parts.
