Model Features:
This series of machines has been reinforced and improved upon our company's core shaft design. The difference from the core shaft model (DS) lies in the flange face, which not only allows output through the shaft but also can be securely mounted to the flange face, offering greater stability and reliability. Currently, it has largely replaced the core shaft separators.
Separator Features and Performance:
·Equipped with German 5-axis CNC, cam controlled with 360° rotation
· Zero gap curved design.
·Cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static linear accuracy controlled within 0.001mm. Intermittent drive is stable, with precise positioning without offset, and does not accumulate tolerances.
·The cam is made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, and precision ground to HRC hardness above 60°. It features a low friction coefficient, high precision, and long service life. Paired with high-grade lubricants, it is environmentally friendly and does not require oil changes. It can operate continuously for over 12,000 hours, with normal use extending the lifespan even further.
· High-speed operation with smooth drive and low noise surpasses stepping servo motors, requiring no complex electrical control; eliminates pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.
· High precision repeatable positioning with robust load-bearing and torque capacity. Splitting precision within ±30", with ultra-high precision up to ±15".
·The dividing mechanism features a unique design, utilizing cam input and shaft output to provide any desired motion.
·Rollers and cams are perfectly matched without clearance, ensuring higher cutting precision and the ability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.
·The output shaft design allows continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth operation with no vibration or noise, whether in terms of angle, speed, or acceleration.
· Installation locations can vary; please inform us of special requirements such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts, etc.
·Under normal operating conditions, oil replacement is not required for the lifetime, the housing can be coated with grease to prevent rust, and there are no mechanical parts that require replacement.
