Model Features:
This series of machines features size designs similar to platform desktop models, capable of withstanding extreme axial loads and radial thrusts. They feature protruding fixed disk surfaces and large-diameter hollow shafts, allowing for the integration of setting functions and static automation peripherals. Power sources' electrical, oil, and gas pipelines can be designed within the hollow holes. Widely used in heavy-load, multi-station automated equipment, these machines serve as synchronous intermittent drives for various mechanical and industrial applications.
Separator Features and Performance:
·Equipped with German 5-axis CNC, cam control, 360° rotation
· Seamless contour with zero gap.
·Cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static linear accuracy controlled within 0.001mm. Intermittent drive is stable, positioning is precise with no offset, and no cumulative tolerance is generated.
·The cam is made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, and precision ground to HRC hardness over 60°. It features a low friction coefficient, high precision, and long service life. Paired with high-grade lubricants, it is environmentally friendly and does not require oil changes. It can operate continuously for over 12,000 hours, and normal use can extend its lifespan even further.
· High-speed operation with stable drive and low noise, surpassing stepping servo motors; no need for complex electrical control. No pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.
· High precision repeatable positioning with robust load-bearing and torque capacity. Splitting precision within ±30", with ultra-high precision achievable within ±15".
·The indexing mechanism is uniquely designed with cam input and shaft output, capable of providing any motion.
·Rollers and cams are precision-matched without gaps, ensuring higher cutting accuracy and the ability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.
·The design of the output shaft allows continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth transmission with no vibration or noise, regardless of angle, speed, or acceleration.
·Installation positions can vary. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements, such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts.
·Under normal operation, no oil change is required for the lifetime, and butter can be applied around the housing to prevent rust, with no need for replacement of mechanical wearing parts.
