Model Features:

This series of machines has size design features similar to flanged types, capable of withstanding extremely high axial loads and radial thrusts in operation. The output end features a protruding fixed disc and a large-diameter hollow shaft, allowing the electrical, oil, and gas conduits of the power source to be placed within the hollow hole. This series is widely used in heavy-duty machinery, various mechanical and industrial equipment, serving as a synchronous intermittent drive for automated machinery.

· Equipped with German 5-axis CNC, cam-controlled, 360° rotation

· Zero gap curve design.

·Cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static linear precision controlled within 0.001mm. Intermittent drive is stable, positioning is accurate with no offset, and no cumulative tolerance is produced.

·The cam is made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, and precisely ground to HRC hardness above 60°. It features low friction coefficient, high precision, and long service life. When paired with high-grade lubricants, it is environmentally friendly and requires no oil changes. The continuous operation life is over 12,000 hours, with normal use potentially lasting even longer.

· High-speed operation with smooth performance and low noise surpasses stepping servo motors, requiring no complex electrical control; eliminates pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.

· High precision positioning with repeat accuracy, high load-bearing, and great torque. Splitting precision within ±30", with ultra-high precision up to ±15".

·The gear design is unique, featuring cam input and shaft output, providing any desired movement.

·Rollers and cams are matched without clearance, achieving higher cutting precision and ensuring the ability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.

The design of the output shaft allows for continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth transmission with no vibration or noise, regardless of angle, speed, or acceleration.

· Installation positions can vary; please inform us in advance of any special requirements such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts.

·Under normal operating conditions, no oil change is required for the lifetime; the housing can be coated with grease to prevent rust, and there are no mechanical wearing parts to replace.
