Model Features:
This series of machine types features a typical traditional shaft design, which is machined and installed on a splitter for配合 gears, couplings, or coupling plates. Special attention must be given to the bore tolerance (+0.015/-0) and keyway tolerance (+0.015/-0). They are commonly used in conveyor belt drives, gear drives, and gapless coupling drives.
Separator Features and Performance:
· Featuring German 5-axis CNC with cam control, 360° rotation
· Seamless curvature with zero gap.
·Cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static linear accuracy controlled within 0.001mm. Intermittent drive is stable, with precise positioning without offset, and does not accumulate tolerances.
·The cam is made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, and precision ground to HRC hardness above 60°. It features a low friction coefficient, high precision, and long service life. Paired with high-grade lubricants, it is environmentally friendly and does not require oil changes. It can operate continuously for over 12,000 hours, with normal use extending its lifespan even further.
· High-speed operation with smooth drive and low noise surpasses stepping servo motors, requiring no complex electrical control; eliminates pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.
· Repeatable precision: precise positioning, high load-bearing, and large torque. Splitting precision within ±30", with high precision up to ±15".
·The indexing mechanism features a unique design, utilizing cam input and shaft output to provide any movement.
· Roller and cam fit without gaps, achieving higher cutting precision and ensuring the capability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.
·The design of the output shaft allows continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth operation with no vibration or noise, whether in terms of angle, speed, or acceleration.
·Installation position can vary. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts.
·Under normal operating conditions, no oil change is required for the lifetime; apply grease around the housing to prevent rust, no mechanical wearing parts to replace.
