This series of machines is designed for heavy loads, capable of withstanding significant radial or axial pressures. Its output shaft features a flange design with a center boss, disk face bolt holes, locating pin holes, and a large fixed area, providing a more solid and stable connection. It is suitable for rotational disc drive applications with heavy loads and is widely used in various disc processing machinery and similar industrial equipment, automated gap drive sections, and driving discs.

Separator Features and Performance：

· Equipped with German 5-axis CNC, cam control, 360° rotation

· Zero gap curved design.

·Cam-driven curve design features acceleration and deceleration transitions, with static straight-line accuracy controlled within 0.001mm. The intermittent drive is stable, with precise positioning without offset, and does not accumulate tolerance errors.

·Cams are made of alloy material, treated with carburization and other processes, and precisely ground to HRC hardness over 60°, featuring low friction coefficient, high precision, and long service life. Paired with high-grade lubricants, they are environmentally friendly and do not require oil changes. They can operate continuously for over 12,000 hours, with normal use potentially extending this duration.

·High-speed operation with smooth drive and low noise exceeds stepping servo motors; no need for complex electrical control. No pneumatic noise and wear on pneumatic components, reducing maintenance costs.

· High precision repeatable positioning with robust load-bearing and torque capacity. Splitting precision within ±30", with ultra-high precision up to ±15".

·The indexing mechanism features a unique design, utilizing cam input and shaft output for any desired movement.

·Rollers and cams are matched without gaps, achieving higher cutting precision and ensuring the ability to bear heavy loads under high torque conditions.

·The design of the output shaft allows for continuous rotation at any position, ensuring smooth operation with no vibration or noise, whether it's in terms of angle, speed, or acceleration.

·Installation position can be at different angles. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements, such as chrome plating, extended input and output shafts.

·Under normal operating conditions, no oil change is required for the lifetime, and the housing can be coated with grease to prevent rust; there are no mechanical wearing parts to replace.
