Section 1: Application of Pipeline Exhaust Muffler:
This series of exhaust mufflers is primarily used for effectively silencing gas emissions in pipelines in industries such as power, oil, metallurgy, mining, textiles, cement, chemicals, steel mills, thermal power, air separation, and air compressors.
Section II: Features of Pipe Exhaust Muffler:
Pipe exhaust muffler
To suppress the noise from high-pressure gas flow emissions, this type of exhaust muffler for pipelines is designed based on the principles of sound absorption. After the gas undergoes a controlled flow inside the muffler, it enters a pressure-reducing chamber where it is expanded in volume, thereby reducing pressure to form a low-pressure gas flow which is then ejected. During this process, a portion of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, it often remains above the standard level due to factors like deviations from the designed exhaust values. To address this, a double-layered noise-dampening housing is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the chamber, for effective absorption of the remaining noise. After installation according to specifications, the total noise reduction can reach 35 to 45 decibels.
2. Pipe Exhaust Muffler
For valves on devices like gas emissions, the exhaust should avoid excessive noise while allowing smooth气流 discharge. Therefore, the conventional methods of multi-stage throttling and small-hole injection for noise reduction are not suitable. This limitation has always been a design challenge for valve mufflers and a reason for their poor noise reduction performance. Our valve's muffler also employs the anti-noise, jet, and resistance principles, replacing the smaller diameter control holes with large-diameter volume expansion, which structurally enhances the anti-noise, jet, and resistance effects, achieving ideal noise reduction.
Section 3: Ordering Instructions for Pipe Exhaust Mufflers
1. Application Objects (e.g., boiler ignition exhaust, valve exhaust, fan inlet and outlet, nitrogen, oxygen, air exhaust, etc.).
2. Exhaust Volume (t/h) (m³/h)
3. Pressure (MPa) (bar) (Kpa) (Pa)
4. Temperature (°C)
5. Original interface pipe diameter and wall thickness (e.g., Φ159*6).
6. As long as the technical specifications provided by the customer are complete, our company can assist in designing and manufacturing other specifications of exhaust mufflers.
Four: Installation Precautions for Pipe Exhaust Mufflers:
Description:
1. When the exhaust manifold specification of the user does not match the table, the external dimensions will vary.
2. The variety of pipeline exhaust discharges is extensive. Our factory will design the exhaust system based on the user's specified steam volume, pressure, temperature, and pipe connection size.
