One. Structure Type of Blast Furnace Pressure Relief Valve Exhaust Muffler
The blast valve muffler for blast furnace is manufactured with a combined structural design. To prevent clogging, it features a layer of small-pored sound absorption and is surrounded by resistive panel-type sound muffling devices. The internal muffler is equipped with blowing coal dust cleaning measures, and is installed with a blowing device, manhole, and sound-absorbing structure for flexible replacement. The entire series is compatible with different specifications of gas pressure-reducing valves.
Section Two: Application Range of Blast Furnace Pressure Relief Valve Exhaust Muffler
The blast furnace pressure reducing valve exhaust silencer is primarily used to control the airflow noise caused by the pressure reducing valve assembly in the dust removal fan of the blast furnace gas.
Gas Flow Rate: 200,000 to 700,000 m³/h; Applicable Pressure: 0.01 to 0.013 MPa.
Section 3: Specifications and Model Numbers of Blast Furnace Blow-off Valve Mufflers

The high-configuration blast furnace pressure equalization exhaust muffler is of an impedance composite type. The internal acoustic elements are flexible for replacement and can be matched with different specifications of blast furnace pressure equalization valves.
IV. Applicability Scope
Primarily applicable for controlling the dynamic noise generated by the equalizing venting of gas from blast furnace tops, suitable for blast furnaces of 1000, 1200, 1350, 2500, 3000, and 4000 cubic meters.
