It can function as an independent rotating main shaft, featuring a chuck that securely holds the workpiece while allowing rotation. Quick clamping and release actions are achieved through side-mounted rotation of the air intake. Work can only be performed after the air source is disconnected. Once the base is securely mounted, simply attach the matching motor and gear, and connect to the compressed air source (0.2-0.9Mpa) to achieve workpiece clamping and rotation.
Full-range chuck operation, no need to adjust the four-jaw position, capable of holding a wide range of fittings, enhancing production efficiency. The chuck features a fully enclosed structure, with superior stability and wear resistance. Application and Features:
The development of the full series laser cutting double-powered four-jaw chuck spindle is a comprehensive design based on our company's advanced pneumatic collet and other relevant pneumatic products. After multiple rounds of optimizing, it has been meticulously researched and designed. It boasts simple structure, easy installation, strong versatility, clean durability, reliable clamping, and long-lasting precision. It can enhance operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate labor intensity for employees. This product is suitable for professional pipe cutting machines, tube and plate integrated machines, and can clamp various pipe parts. It is ideal for cutting round, square, rectangular, and elliptical tubes, and with slight modifications to the collets, it can cut tubes of various shapes.
Usage Requirements:
1. Prior to daily operations, the operator should carefully inspect that the clamping screw of the gripper is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air, with the pressure controlled between 0.4～0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a hose that can withstand a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The hose should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.
Production poses potential hazards.
2. During the use of the collet, it is necessary to oil and lubricate all sliding and friction surfaces, strictly follow the instructions at each oiling point, regularly add oil to the oil tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.
3. When adjusting the jaws or roller of a chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use the bolt for fine-tuning until it meets operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fitting and ensure the slider moves smoothly before proceeding to the working state.
4. Do not modify the collet at will; improper modification can damage the collet, rendering it unusable.
5. Do not continue to clamp the workpiece on the chuck when it is not in use for a long period, to prevent deformation of the chuck and affect accuracy.
6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the activity parts weekly, conduct maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.
7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules of product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to function normally due to manufacturing defects or is found to be damaged during unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if there is a discrepancy between the accessories and the packing list, or a shortage of parts, please contact our quality department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending the information, please specify the model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date of the product.
2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.
3. Users are required to strictly follow the instructions in the manual for product installation and use. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please inform our Quality Department by letter.
Safety Usage Requirements:
1. The storage area for collets should implement effective measures against rain and moisture, and ensure good ventilation.
2. Packaging must not be stacked, and regular inspections of the packaging condition are required.
Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.
4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the collet is operating; install a protective guard if necessary.
5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.
6. The chuck speed must not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.
7. Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the main structural components of the chuck.
8. No open flame or heat sources are allowed near the气管 installation area.
