Product Introduction
This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines. It can serve as an independent rotating main shaft, featuring a chuck that securely clamps workpieces while allowing rotation. The quick clamping and release action is achieved through side rotation of the air intake. To operate, the air source must be disconnected. After securing the base, simply attach the matching motor and gear assembly, and connect the compressed air source (0.2-0.9Mpa) to enable clamping and rotation of workpieces.
Full stroke chuck operation, no need to adjust the four-jaw position, capable of holding a wide range of applicable pipe fittings, enhancing production efficiency. The chuck features a fully enclosed structure, with superior stability and wear resistance. Equipped with a cross roller bearing, it boasts a longer service life, higher rotation accuracy, and better repeat positioning accuracy compared to traditional laser chucks. Additionally, it offers a greater clamping force relative to similar products on the market, thereby meeting the processing requirements for thin-walled pipe fittings.

Application and Features:
The development of the full series laser cutting double-power four-jaw chuck is a comprehensive result of integrating the features of our company's advanced pneumatic chuck and other related pneumatic products. It was designed after multiple rounds of optimizing and eliminating the inferior, based on research and design. It boasts features such as simple structure, easy installation, strong applicability, clean durability, reliable gripping, and long-lasting precision. It can enhance operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate the labor intensity for employees. This product is suitable for professional pipe cutting machines, tube and plate integrated machines, and can grip various pipe parts. It is ideal for cutting various types of round, square, rectangular, and elliptical pipes, and with slight modifications to the chuck, it can cut pipes of various shapes.
Usage Requirements:
1. Prior to daily operations, the operator should carefully check that the clamping screw is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean and stable compressed air, with the pressure controlled between 0.4 to 0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a tube that can withstand pressures greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The tube should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.
Production poses potential hazards.
2. During operation, the collet should be lubricated and maintained on all sliding and friction surfaces. Follow the instructions at each lubrication point strictly, regularly add oil to the oil tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.
3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fitting and ensure the slider moves freely before commencing work.
4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily; improper modifications can damage the collets and prevent normal operation.
5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck if it has been unused for an extended period to prevent deformation of the chuck that may affect accuracy.
6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the active parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.
7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if the accessories do not match the packing list or there are missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending information, please specify the model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date of the product.
2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.
3. Installation and usage of the product require users to strictly follow the instructions provided. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department in writing.
Safety Usage Requirements:
The collet storage area should be equipped with effective rain and moisture prevention measures, as well as good ventilation.
2. No stacking of packaging is allowed; regular inspections of packaging condition are required.
Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.
4. Do not press the clamp and release buttons while the chuck is in operation. Install a protective guard if necessary.
5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.
6. The chuck speed must not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.
7. Unauthorized disassembly of the main components of the collet is prohibited for non-professionals.
8. No open flame or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
