Product Description
This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines. It can serve as an independent rotating main shaft, enabling quick clamping and release actions through side rotation of the intake. The machine can only operate after the air source is disconnected. Once the base is securely mounted, simply install the matching motor and gear connection, and connect the compressed air source (0.25-0.9 Mpa) to achieve clamping and rotation of the workpiece. Mainly used for clamping and rotating workpieces.
This product utilizes a cylinder for direct output, offering high mechanical efficiency, minimal energy loss, and strong clamping force with stable holding power. With the cylinder directly clamping the workpiece, the cylinder's working stroke is equivalent to the chuck's working stroke, enabling a wide clamping range. Direct cylinder output ensures a linear proportion between the output force and air pressure, making software control easy to achieve.
The collet structure is simple, with fewer components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia, and low energy consumption. The collet's axial dimensions are small, making it more cost-effective to achieve zero waste material.
This design features a square central hole, larger than the circular hole mandrels, increasing the square tube size and expanding the range of applications.
Application Scope
Integrated tube handling machine with simple pneumatic double-acting chuck, square hole, suitable for laser tube cutting equipment, rotating to cut round tubes, square tubes, elliptical tubes, etc.
Our company's developed collets and fixtures are widely applicable in military industry, aerospace, textile machinery, medical equipment, fitness equipment, automotive and motorcycle parts, laser cutting, petrochemical machinery, agricultural machinery, and other civil machinery fields.

Instructions for Use
Usage Requirements:
1. Prior to daily operations, the operator must carefully inspect that the clamping screw of the jaw is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air with a pressure controlled between 0.4 to 0.9 MPa. A hose capable of withstanding a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa must be selected and connected to the product. The hose should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.
Production poses hidden risks.
2. During use, the collet should be properly lubricated and maintained on all sliding and friction surfaces, strictly following the instructions at each lubrication point. Regularly refill the oil tank of the three-piece assembly and control the dripping speed.
3. When the collet's claw or roller needs adjustment, install a nut block on the slider, use the bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial clamping, and only when the slider moves freely can it be put into working condition.
4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily; improper modifications can damage the collets and prevent normal operation.
5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck if it's not used for a long time, to prevent the chuck from deforming and affecting precision.
6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions on the active parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collets every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.
7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules of product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the user finds that the product does not function normally due to manufacturing defects or discovers damage upon unpacking caused by poor packaging quality, discrepancies between accessories and the packing list, or missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending the message, please specify the model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date of the product.
2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.
3. Customers are required to strictly follow the instructions in the manual for product installation and use. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department in writing.
Safety Usage Requirements:
1. The storage area for collets should implement effective rain and moisture prevention measures, and ensure good ventilation.
2. Packages must not be stacked; regular inspections of the packaging condition are required.
Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.
4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the chuck is in operation; install a protective cover if necessary.
5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the chuck.
6. The chuck should not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.
7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-professionals.
8. No open flames or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
