This product is specifically designed for laser cutting tube machines. It can serve as an independent rotating main shaft, featuring a chuck that securely holds workpieces while allowing rotation. The quick clamping and release actions are achieved through a swivel mechanism at the end, which facilitates rotational air intake. The principle of operation involves a continuous air supply.

This product features a strong clamping force and stable holding; it's easy to adjust and highly efficient. Its rigidity is higher than that of long clamping jaws, ensuring long-term precision without bending or deformation that affects rotation accuracy. The claw design is short, preventing slippage and instability even under maximum clamping force, which avoids the issues of a long claw's bell mouth. The chuck structure is simple, lightweight, with a low moment of inertia, and consumes less energy.

User Instructions

Usage Requirements:

1. Prior to daily operations, the operator should carefully check that the clamping screw of the gripper is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air, with the air pressure controlled between 0.4～0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a tube that can withstand a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The tube should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.

2. During operation, the collet should be oiled and lubricated, and maintenance work should be carried out on all sliding and friction surfaces. Refuel and maintain strictly according to the prompts at each oiling point, regularly add oil to the oil tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.

3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the collet, install a nut block on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the usage requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fitting and ensure the slider moves freely before entering the working state.

4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily, as improper modifications may damage them, rendering them unusable.

5. Do not continue to hold workpieces on the chuck if it has not been used for a long time, to prevent the chuck from deforming and affecting precision.

6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the active parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.

7. When connecting the electrical control section, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage. This prevents damage to the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if there are discrepancies between the accessories and the packing list, or shortages of parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending information, please specify the model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date of the product.

2. The product should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Users must strictly follow the instructions provided in the manual for product installation and use. If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please inform our quality department in writing.

Safety Usage Requirements:

The storage area for collets should be equipped with effective measures against rain and humidity, and good ventilation.

2. Packaging must not be stacked, and regular inspections of the packaging condition are required.

Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.

4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the chuck is operating; install a protective cover if necessary.

5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the chuck.

6. The chuck speed during operation must not exceed the specified maximum speed.

7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-specialists.

8. No open flame or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
