Product Introduction
This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines, serving as an independent rotating main shaft. It features a chuck that securely holds the workpiece while allowing rotation. Quick clamping and release actions are achieved through side rotation of the intake. Work can only be performed after the air source is disconnected. Once the base is securely mounted, simply attach the matching motor and gear, and connect to the compressed air source (0.1-0.9 Mpa) to enable clamping and rotation of the workpiece.
Full-range chuck operation, no need to adjust the four-jaw position, capable of holding a wide range of pipe fittings, enhancing production efficiency. The chuck features a fully enclosed structure, offering superior stability and wear resistance. Equipped with cross roller bearings, it boasts a longer service life, higher rotation accuracy, and better repeat positioning accuracy compared to traditional laser chucks. Additionally, it exerts a stronger clamping force relative to similar products on the market, thus meeting the processing requirements for thin-walled pipe fittings.

Application and Features:
The development of our full-range laser cutting dual-power four-jaw chuck is a comprehensive design based on our company's previous pneumatic collet and other related pneumatic products, refined through multiple iterations of eliminating the inferior and enhancing the superior. It features simple structure, easy installation, strong applicability, cleanliness, durability, reliable clamping, and long-lasting precision. It can improve operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate the labor intensity of employees for enterprises. This product is suitable for holding various pipe parts on professional pipe cutting machines and tube plate integrated machines, and is ideal for cutting round, square, rectangular, and elliptical pipes. With slight modification to the collets, it can cut pipes of various shapes.
Usage Requirements:
1. Prior to daily operations, the operator must check that the clamping screw of the jaw is securely fastened and the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean and stable compressed air, controlling the pressure within 0.4 to 0.9 MPa. A tube capable of withstanding a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa should be selected and connected to the product. The tube should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.

2. During operation, the collet should be oiled and lubricated, and maintenance work should be performed on all sliding and friction surfaces. Follow the instructions at each oiling point strictly, regularly oil the tank inside the triple component, and control the dripping speed of the oil.
3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the usage requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial clamping, and ensure the slider moves freely before entering the working state.
4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily, as improper modifications can damage them and prevent normal use.
5. When the chuck is not in use for a prolonged period, do not continue to hold the workpiece on it to prevent deformation of the chuck, which may affect accuracy.
6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the active parts weekly, carry out maintenance on the chuck every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components; replace parts as necessary.
7. When connecting the electrical control section, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the user finds that the product does not operate normally due to manufacturing defects or discovers damage upon unpacking caused by poor packaging quality, discrepancies between accessories and the packing list, or missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending information, please include the product model, specification, serial number, and manufacturing date.
2. The product should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.
3. Users are required to strictly follow the instructions in the manual for product installation and usage. Should you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department.
Safety Usage Requirements:
1. The storage area for collets should implement effective rain and moisture prevention measures, and ensure good ventilation.
2. Packaging must not be stacked; regular checks of the packaging condition are required.
Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.
4. Do not press the clamping or releasing button while the collet is in operation; install a protective cover if necessary.
5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.
6. The chuck's rotational speed must not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.
7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-specialists.
8. No open flames or heat sources are permitted near the air tube installation area.
