Product Introduction
This product is specifically designed for laser tube cutting machines. It can function as an independent rotating main shaft, featuring a chuck that securely holds the workpiece while allowing rotation. Rotation for quick clamping and release is achieved through a swivel mechanism at the end, and the air supply is continuous during operation.
This product features strong clamping force and stable holding; it is easy to adjust and highly efficient. Its rigidity is higher than that of long jaw clamps, ensuring long-term precision without bending or deformation that affects rotation accuracy. The jaw design is short, so even under maximum clamping force, it does not slip or become unstable due to the long jaw clamp's bell mouth. The chuck structure is simple, lightweight, has a small moment of inertia, and consumes low energy.
The product features a through-hole structure. To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the environment, an exhaust device can be installed on the back of this series of products.
Application Scope
The lever-type hollow four-jaw double-motion feeding chuck is suitable for laser tube cutting machines, rotating to cut round tubes, square tubes, elliptical tubes, and more.
Our company's developed collets and fixtures are widely applicable in the military industry, aerospace, textile machinery, medical equipment, fitness equipment, automotive and motorcycle parts, laser cutting, petrochemical machinery, agricultural machinery, and other civilian machinery fields.

User Instructions
Usage Requirements:
1. Prior to daily operations, the operator must carefully check that the clamping screw is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air, maintaining a pressure between 0.4 and 0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a hose that can withstand a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The hose should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and compromise safety.
Production poses hidden risks.
2. During operation, the collet should be lubricated and maintained on all sliding and friction surfaces. Follow the instructions at each lubrication point strictly, regularly fill oil in the oil tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the rate of dripping.
3. When adjusting the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck, install a nut seat on the slider and use the bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fitting and ensure the slider moves freely before commencing work.
4. Do not modify collets arbitrarily; improper modifications can damage the collets and render them unusable.
5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck if it's not used for a long time to prevent the chuck from deforming and affecting precision.
6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the activity parts weekly, conduct maintenance on the collet every 60 days, and inspect the wear of the components. Replace parts as necessary.
7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect it to the appropriate power supply voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules for product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to operate normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if the accessories do not match the packing list or there are missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending information, please specify the product model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date.
2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.
3. Users must strictly follow the instructions provided in the manual for product installation and use. Should you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, please contact our Quality Department in writing.
Safety Usage Requirements:
The storage area for collets should be equipped with effective measures against rain and moisture, and ensure good ventilation.
2. No stacking of packaging; inspect packaging condition regularly.
3. Read the installation instructions thoroughly before proceeding with the installation program.
4. Do not press the clamp and release buttons while the collet is operating; install a protective cover if necessary.
5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.
6. The chuck speed during use must not exceed the specified maximum speed.
7. Unauthorized dismantling of the main components of the chuck is prohibited for non-professionals.
8. No open flame or heat sources are permitted near the air tube installation area.
