Introduction to CWNS Fuel Oil Hot Water Boiler
CWNSSeries of fully automatic fuel oil hot water boilers, featuring a shell-type three-pass, full-wet back structure. Fuel burns under slight positive pressure within the furnace drum, with high-temperature flue gas flowing backward through the drum and entering a flue channel bundle via a re-burn chamber, then turning through a forced-draft smoke box.180°Enter the second bundle, exhausted to the atmosphere after convective heat exchange. Provides a continuous supply of heat energy for heating, domestic water, and production use.
The main boiler utilizes the design concept of a symmetrical three-pass structure to create a larger three-pass hot water boiler. The distinctive features of this boiler include: all pressure elements are symmetrically aligned with the boiler drum center, the boiler employs a full wet-back structure, and with its large inner cylinder and eccentric firebox design, it is advantageous for expanding the sufficient radiant heating surface. The convective heating surface is composed of tubes in two-pass and three-pass configurations. The front tube plate before the reburning chamber is connected to the furnace shell, while the rear tube plate of the reburning chamber features an ellipsoidal head and tube plate. The two-pass and third-pass turning smoke chambers form the front smoke box, where the smoke temperature has already decreased to below.500Therefore, the structure of the front smoke box employs lightweight, fire-resistant, and insulating materials. The smoke outlet of the rear smoke box is positioned along the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, which not only shortens the length of the furnace body but also avoids placing the chimney perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder, preventing condensate corrosion of the boiler body during startup and shutdown. The design of this boiler primarily considers the principles of boiler maintenance and stability. The spray device set within the return water inlet pre-washes the return water significantly, ensuring that the return water first contacts the flue tubes before reaching the boiler drum, thus increasing the water temperature contacting the boiler drum. This prevents the occurrence of water hammering locally.
This series of boilers features a compact structure and is easy to install and transport. It undergoes thermal debugging before shipment.(Fuel)Stably operates at both startup and operation. Equipped with a circulating water pump inlet burner, the boiler features fully automatic program control and high degree of automation, achieving excellent combustion results.
