Electric Heating Molding Temperature Machine Introduction
The electrically heated mold temperature machine operates using electricity as its energy source and heat transfer oil (water) as the medium. It consists of a closed-loop temperature control system primarily composed of electrical control and mechanical piping. The mechanical section is powered by a high-pressure pump, which circulates the heat transfer medium. The electric heating tubes heat the medium, and the pump transfers the heat to the heated equipment, repeating the cycle. The exhaust valve releases gases produced in the pipeline medium without causing the heating tubes to overheat. Heat is transferred to the control system's high-end PID temperature controller through temperature sensors at the inlet and outlet, maintaining a constant temperature. When the temperature sensor detects a temperature below the set temperature, it triggers the Siemens contactor (solid-state or silicon-controlled rectifier) to activate the heating tubes in heating mode. When the outlet temperature exceeds the set temperature, the heating tubes are controlled to stop heating, achieving a constant temperature effect with an accuracy of ±1°C.
