Performance Features:
(1) Proprietary Technology: Full wet back combustion chamber, combustion chamber and rear tube sheet butted together, boiler uses full welding, superior quality.
(2) Large Diameter Corrugated Furnace Tube: The boiler combustion chamber is composed of large diameter full corrugated furnace tubes, offering a large combustion space for complete fuel combustion, effectively absorbing thermal expansion, and featuring a large radiant heating surface area.
(3) Sufficient Heat Supply: The boiler has ample total heating surface, ensuring efficient absorption of effective heat. The exhaust gas temperature is low, resulting in minimal heat loss, sufficient output, and high efficiency.
(4) Strong thermal load regulation capability: Larger drum diameter and water capacity, with strong adaptability to load changes and stable output.
(5) *Solved the problem of superheated boiling in hot water boilers: Scientifically arranged the return water system of the hot water boiler, increased disturbance on the heating surface of the high-temperature zone, prevented the occurrence of superheated boiling in local areas, and fundamentally resolved the issue of cracks forming on the tube plates and tube ends in the high-temperature zone.
(6) Multi-functional Safety and Explosion-Proof Device: The boiler's rear panel is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace chamber. It prevents the release of high energy in the event of a violent explosion of fuel within the furnace, can automatically reset, and also serves the functions of a fire observation mirror and maintenance access. It facilitates furnace monitoring and maintenance through adjustments of the operating combustion flame.
(7) Easy Pot Inspection: The boiler top is equipped with a manhole, and unique hand-operated devices are installed at the middle and lower parts of both the front and rear ends of the boiler, facilitating the inspection and cleaning of the internal pot and the boiler bottom.
(8) Unique Sealing Design for Cigarette Boxes: The cigarette boxes feature a double-door opening mechanism for easy access. With a multi-level labyrinth seal and specially designed sealing material offering excellent compression properties, the boxes effectively prevent the leakage of smoke, and are reusable.
(9) Pressure & Temperature Protection: Multi-level control for boiler pressure and water temperature settings, as well as over-temperature protection for exhaust gas, ensures the safety of boiler operation.
