Detailed Introduction to Molding Temperature Control Machines
Temperature control machines are divided into water temperature and oil temperature machines, used for heating and temperature control in various industries, with auxiliary cooling systems. There are many models and specifications of temperature control machines. When purchasing, please provide detailed process information to the manufacturer of the temperature control machine to determine the heating power and pump power based on the actual production process. Oil circulation temperature control machines use heat transfer oil as the circulating medium, including three models: 200-degree oil temperature machine, 300-degree oil temperature machine, and 350-degree oil temperature machine. Heating power options range from 6KW to 1200KW.
The water circulation mold temperature machine selects water as the heat transfer medium, requiring only a connection to tap water for operation, making it convenient and environmentally friendly. It is categorized into three main types based on operating temperatures: 120°C water temperature machine, 150°C water temperature machine, and 180°C water temperature machine. When the actual controlled temperature exceeds 180°C, it is recommended to use an oil temperature machine. The dual/multi-machine integrated mold temperature machine is a customized mold temperature equipment that integrates multiple independent temperature control systems into one unit. It is primarily used for applications where different control temperatures are required for multiple areas of the same equipment, such as segmented temperature control for extruder barrels and nozzles, die casting mold temperature control, and independent temperature control for multiple roller rolls. Model Temperature Controller Performance Features
Thermal Pump: Utilizes the Yuanxin series high-temperature pumps from Taiwan, operates swiftly and accurately, delivers excellent heat transfer performance, low noise, and no leakage.
2. Temperature Controller: Equipped with Omron series temperature controllers, featuring an integrated temperature control module. P.I.D. values are set independently according to process requirements, with a wide temperature control range reaching ±1°C.
3. Electrical Components: All electrical components are of Schneider series, featuring low failure rate and extended equipment lifespan. Thermal oil heater control system: microcomputer controlled, 5-way single board circuit, dual-group PID, independent heating and cooling operation.
4. Heating Element: The heating wire is imported from Sweden, shaped into a ring, and inserted into a stainless steel tube. The gap is filled with a magnesium oxide powder sleeve that has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. It is inserted in a tubular shape, connected by a flange, and placed in the central part of the stainless steel heating drum, ensuring even heating without localized overheating.
5. Safety Protection Devices: Alerts and shuts off main power when circulating oil temperature exceeds the upper limit during abnormal temperatures; abnormal heating alarm and indicator due to stuck contactor; automatic heating stop due to abnormal system pressure; BY-PASS pressure relief circuit to protect pump; level switch to detect oil level, prevent oil shortage and give alarm indication; comprehensive safety protection with fault display.
