Detailed Description of Gas-Fired Hot Air Furnace
The gas-fired hot air furnace uses natural gas, city gas, and other fuels. After combustion, the high-temperature flue gas is mixed with ambient air to reach a certain temperature and then directly enters the drying chamber. It comes into contact with the material to be dried, heating and evaporating moisture, thereby obtaining the dried product.

Burner:
Generally, we select imported products from abroad, which are technologically mature and reliable in performance. The configuration features a proportional adjustment mode, automatically regulating fuel quantity based on the set temperature parameters.
Hot Air Furnace Body:
The main part consists of two sections: the combustion chamber and the mixing chamber. The combustion chamber is the space where the fuel is burned completely. The high-temperature flue gas produced during combustion begins to rotate and mix with the cold air supplied from the outside via a fan at the outlet of the combustion chamber (the inlet of the mixing chamber) and then enters the mixing chamber. After reaching the required temperature, it is discharged through the exhaust port and proceeds to the drying equipment.
Blower:
Complementary general equipment for blowing outdoor cold air into the outer perimeter of the combustion chamber. It serves to cool the combustion chamber while the cold air is initially heated. Subsequently, it rotates into the mixing chamber to adjust the final output temperature of the hot air.
Electrical control cabinet:
The electrical control cabinet is the core control component of this machine. It allows for manual setting and automatic adjustment of the output temperature, variable frequency stepless regulation of the output air volume, soft and strong startups of the fan, and automatic adjustment of the output thermal power of the combustion system based on changes in air volume.
Direct Fuel Gas Hot Air Furnace Basic Operation
Blower start:
The blower features a variable frequency start-up, gradually transitioning from low to high frequency until reaching the set operating frequency. It has low noise during soft start-up and minimal starting current.
Load (Airflow) Adjustment: The unit's load (airflow) adjustment is designed for variable frequency regulation, with the airflow size adjusted via an external load adjustment knob.
Temperature Setting:
Set the hot air output temperature through the temperature control instrument.
Gas Adjustment(automated)
The unit is designed for proportional automatic stepless adjustment mode, controlling parameters such as the hot air output temperature. If the output temperature exceeds the set temperature, the automatic proportional controller automatically reduces the gas valve opening and adjusts the air door to decrease the input heat. Conversely, it automatically controls to increase the input heat, ultimately maintaining the hot air temperature at the set value.
