Introduction to Gas-Fired Pressure Water Boilers
Our gas-fired pressure hot water boiler is a mature product in our company's series, with all technical specifications reaching the level. The horizontal gas-fired pressure hot water boiler is equipped with an imported fully automatic burner, capable of achieving automatic fuel proportion adjustment. We have independently developed an automatic control system that fully automates the boiler's water supply, program start/stop, and over-temperature/over-pressure alarm. Horizontal Gas-Fired Pressure Water Boilers are fully automatic horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire-tube boilers. They feature a low-position, symmetrical combustion chamber arrangement, with all pipes on the body connected to the drum and tube plates via welding. The front smoke box is designed with a quick-opening structure, and the rear of the return firebox is equipped with a explosion-proof door that combines explosion-proof and inspection functions. The lower part of the drum is fitted with two head holes and a cleaning hole, facilitating inspection, repair, and maintenance.
Horizontal gas-fired pressure hot water boiler adopts a bottom-mounted corrugated fire tube. High-temperature flue gases sequentially wash the second and third return flue tubes through the corrugated fire tube chamber, and then exit through the rear smoke chamber and chimney into the atmosphere. The boiler has a sufficient total heating surface area, absorbing useful heat efficiently, with low exhaust gas temperature and minimal heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency. The boiler shell has a large diameter and high water capacity, demonstrating strong adaptability to load changes, and stable output.

2. The application of reinforced heat transfer elements such as wave-shaped furnace liners and threaded flue pipes, not only enhances the heat transfer effect but also absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction of the furnace body.
3. The gas-fired high-pressure hot water boiler is a horizontal, quick-assembly, internal-combustion, three-pass fire-tube boiler. It features an offset furnace tube wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially wash the second and third pass flue tubes, and then are exhausted into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The overall installation is compact and aesthetically pleasing.
4. Leakage Maintenance Function: Once the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply.
5. Pressure Relief Maintenance: Equipped with explosion-proof doors, the pressure relief valve actively returns after depressurization, ensuring the safety of the boiler.
6. Real-time Water Level Monitoring Function: Equipped with electronic water level detection equipment, providing real-time monitoring of the boiler water level.
7. Water Shortage Maintenance: In the event of water shortage in the boiler, promptly disconnect the burner control circuit to prevent the burner from suffering damage due to dry burning, while the controller emits a water shortage alarm indication.;
8. Scheduling Function: Users can freely combine and set the start and stop times of the boiler according to their needs.
