Electrically heated hot water boiler introduction
This product is a horizontal fully automatic electric heating hot water boiler. It features a separate electric control cabinet from the boiler body, which prevents electrical components from overheating and aging, thereby extending the service life. The electric heating tubes are selected from both domestic and international products, with an average service life of about 20,000 hours and a thermal efficiency of nearly 99%. The operation is quiet and clean, meeting environmental protection requirements and not emitting NOx (nitrogen oxides) into the atmosphere. It runs on a PLC control system, featuring no operation buttons, no indicator lights, a touch screen panel, both Chinese and English display, human-machine dialogue, operation authorization, real-time information, and automatic page turning.
All electrical components are CE and CCC certified to ensure product safety and longevity. Each heating element is connected using a centralized flange, independently set up, featuring simple structure, high mechanical strength, safety, reliability, easy replacement, and long service life. Separate mechanical and electrical installation, with electrical control components away from heat sources for better heat dissipation. Can be used individually or in parallel. PLC microcomputer programmable control and display screen; temperature setting and automatic control of water outlet temperature are achieved through a human-machine interface. The display screen can show equipment status, operating parameters, and fault alarms.
