Vertical Biomass Thermal Oil Heater Introduction
Vertical biomass thermal oil heater is a modular forced circulation chain grate/fixed furnace boiler. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower grate/fixed furnace, assembled on-site.
The boiler's heating surface is composed of tightly packed circular tubes, consisting of inner and outer layers of tightly packed circular tubes. The gaps between the tubes are designed to match the fuel, reducing the accumulation of ash.
Boiler heating surface tube joints require fully automatic gas shielded welding technology and equipment, with real-time X-ray online inspection available. The welding quality is stable and reliable.
Boiler fully assembled, compact structure, small footprint, short installation period.
Performance Advantages
Energy-efficient
1. The furnace body heat exchange surface utilizes a densely packed tube bundle structure, with S-shaped multi-pass heat exchange for flue gas, offering high heat exchange coefficient and efficiency.
2. Install an air preheater or steam/hot water energy-saving device at the boiler tail to absorb heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature, improve thermal efficiency, and decrease fuel consumption.
3. Boilers are insulated with thermal materials and use special construction techniques, resulting in minimal heat loss.
4. Special design of grate and arch, independent air volume adjustment, even and complete coal combustion, wide adaptability to coal types.
5. Integrating industrial automation control technology, internet technology, computer software, and artificial intelligence to establish an industrial boiler IoT platform, enabling remote human-machine interaction and data sharing, and achieving automatic control.
Safe and reliable
1. The body employs closely packed tube coils for its heating surface, ensuring ample arrangement and reducing the surface heat load on the tubes. The use of thermal oil as a medium is safer.
2. The medium flow is rational; the thermal oil moves from low (import) to high (export), making it difficult for the medium gas generated during operation to linger inside the furnace, facilitating its easy expulsion from the system.
3. Top furnace layout with dense pipe bundle design and arch ceiling to prevent top burnout, ensuring a long continuous usage cycle.
4. Boilers are operated with remote and ground-level multi-parameter monitoring, equipped with full automatic control and monitoring instruments.
