
The electromagnetic flow meter operates based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. When the conductive fluid flowing through the measuring conduit moves at a velocity V, cutting magnetic flux lines with a flux density of B, the induced electromotive force E measured between a pair of detection electrodes generates a voltage U, which can be expressed by the following formula: U = K · B · D · V. Here, U is the signal voltage between the two detection electrodes, V; B is the flux density, T; D is the inner diameter of the measuring conduit, m; V is the average flow velocity, m/s; and k is a proportionality constant. The instantaneous volume flow Q through the measuring conduit is given by: Q = π · D / (4 · K · B) · U. Since the inner diameter of the measuring conduit is fixed and the excitation current is constant, the flux density B remains constant, thus U is linearly related to Q. Therefore, the volume flow is proportional to the signal voltage between the electrodes. By measuring this value and converting it through the circuit, the volume flow Q can be determined.

They should personally organize management review activities of the quality management system, based on the results of management reviews and information feedback. Conduct a planned, focused investigation and analysis of the operation of the quality management system, and make a factual evaluation of its operation; for any deficiencies found, propose targeted improvement or corrective actions in line with the achievement of the quality policy and objectives. Make corresponding revisions or supplements to the quality management system documents. Ensure the continuous suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system. Establish a sense of participation among all staff, continuously improve personnel quality. Management reviews and internal audits involve all levels and personnel of the laboratory. These reviews and audits must rely on the active participation of these levels and personnel to ensure both quality and quantity.
