Clean room paint spray booth with thermal insulation spray-painted wall panels featuring mother and daughter interlocking design, ensuring good sealing and thermal properties. The side of the booth is equipped with a work door for easy access by staff; the aluminum alloy framed main door features a viewing window in the center, allowing for real-time observation of the room's activities. Low-noise, high-airflow fans are used to ensure perfect painting results. Dust-free paint spray booths can be classified according to the filtering principle into dry paint spray booths (more common) and wet paint spray booths (water curtain or spray lance type). Paint curing booths are generally used for spraying and baking furniture (vehicle) paint, thus, the precise description should be "paint curing booth."
During painting, the external air passes through a primary filter and is then sent to the ceiling by a fan. It is further filtered and purified through a top filter before entering the room. The room air flows downward at a speed of 0.2-0.3 m/s in a full descent manner, ensuring that paint mist particles are not suspended in the air and are directly exhausted outside through the bottom outlet. This continuous cycle maintains a clean air quality of over 98% within the room during painting. The incoming air also has a certain pressure, creating a consistent airflow around the vehicle to remove excess paint, thereby maximizing the quality of the painting.
