The paint baking room, also known as the spray baking paint room, is a device used for applying paint and color to the surface of equipment and then drying it. It not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the equipment but also provides protection for the items.
Several factors to consider in a paint room include brightness, air flow, filtration efficiency, wall sealing, maintaining positive pressure, sealing of the heating system, and heating speed.
The entire paint baking room is a modular structure. The body is made of insulated, injection-molded wall panels with a mother-child interlocking design, offering excellent sealing and thermal insulation. The side of the room features a work door for easy access by staff; the aluminum alloy framed main door is equipped with a central observation window, allowing real-time monitoring of the room's activities. Low-noise, high-airflow fans are selected to ensure the perfection of the painting effect; a stainless steel heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency and long service life is used.
